What you'll find here is the slow, unsexy stuff — what's actually worked for me, what I've talked myself out of buying, what I learned the hard way about taking care of my body in my late 30s, and the occasional honest review of a wellness product I tried so you don't have to.
Expect short, useful posts. Expect skepticism toward anything that promises a quick fix. Expect the occasional recipe-as-medicine when I'm trying to convince you that a good soup is the answer to most things.
